How to Submit an Article to Eating Disorders Review

Eating Disorders Review has been providing current clinical information for eating disorders professionals since 1990. Twenty-six years later it remains an essential resource for eating disorders therapists, researchers, counselors, nutritionists, educators, and clinicians. Our readers also include eating disorders clients and families.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Scott Crow, of the University of Minnesota, heads our Editorial Advisory Board, which is composed of leaders in the eating disorders field. In 2010, the bimonthly publication went online, and sample issues and archived articles can be found at our website, www.eatingdisordersreview.com. The Review is now published by the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp), and also includes a Spanish language version.

Our emphasis has always been on publishing articles with information that readers can apply to everyday practice.

Most lead articles are from 1500 to 2000 words in length. We also encourage authors to include a short list of suggested reading and/or references with each article. Feel free to include tables or illustrations when appropriate. All manuscripts are reviewed by our Medical Director and Editorial Advisory Board before publication. A small honorarium is paid upon publication.

To submit your manuscript: Send us a cover letter and your double-spaced manuscript, in Word format, and email it to:
